Therapy for Individuals and Couples
In therapy, YOU are the center of attention and your needs and feelings come first. Although that might sounds a bit scary, in the presence of a compassionate and knowledgeable person, you may be able to face yourself and your life in honest and meaningful ways, new ways that allow a greater clarity and freedom to emerge.
Our sessions might start with you bringing up areas of concern in your life and what you have tried to do to make things work better. Or you may be feeling lost and at odds, not knowing where to begin. Then some questions from me might help you focus and gain a direction to start.
As time goes by, trust can grow and you may feel safer, letting deeper layers of who you are arise and find a voice. This creates a new ground on which to stand with yourself, others and the world.
